   A great archer and chief of the marchwardens of Doriath; called Cúthalion 'Strongbow'; friend and companion of Túrin, by whom he was slain.
   Marchwarden of Doriath.
   An Elf of Doriath, friend to Túrin Turambar, who was slain by him in error while escaping from Orcs in Taur-nu-Fuin.
